Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled only until fulfillment begins.

Fulfillment includes:

• The order being sent to a fulfillment partner

• The order being picked, packed, or prepared

• A shipping label being created

• The order marked as “Processing,” “In Progress,” or similar

Once fulfillment has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified. After delivery, the order may be reviewed under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed, customers should submit cancellation requests immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

A return may be considered if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective

• The item received is incorrect

• The item is missing after carrier investigation

To request a review, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Photos or video of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

This documentation helps us verify the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered only in situations where:

• The wrong item was received

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• The item’s design or print quality is incorrect compared to the order

Because many of our products are made‑to‑order through fulfillment partners, exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse are not available.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be produced and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

Non‑Returnable & Non‑Exchangeable Situations

Returns or exchanges cannot be issued for:

• Items marked Delivered by the carrier

• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size, wrong color, etc.)

• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or global logistics

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Orders already in fulfillment

• Packages lost after delivery confirmation

These conditions are standard across e‑commerce and ensure a fair and transparent process.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

• Stolen packages

• Misdelivered packages

• Packages lost after delivery confirmation

Customers may contact the carrier directly for delivery‑related investigations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit:

• Customers may need to file a claim with the carrier

• We can assist by providing documentation when available

Carrier delays and customs processing times are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages may be returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal by the recipient

If returned:

• Reshipping fees may apply

• Original shipping costs are non‑refundable

• If reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued minus shipping and applicable restocking fees

If the carrier discards or loses the returned package, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Dropshipping Fulfillment Notice

We work with trusted third‑party fulfillment partners who produce and ship our products. As a result:

• Items may ship separately

• Packaging may vary

• Tracking updates may take time to appear

• Delivery times may differ between items

These conditions do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

• Shipping fees are non‑refundable
